Heather Hewitt Main, M.Ed has worked in fitness and public health education since 1989.
Heather has spoken all over the nation and has presented to groups of all sizes.
Heather is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Vermont and has a Master's Degree in Education with a concentration in health promotion, with additional post-graduate study in Sports Psychology, Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition.
Heather established Main Wellness Works in 2003 to deliver quality, affordable health promotion programs to workplaces and schools.
From 1989 to 1996, Heather was the Program Director for the American Lung Association of Vermont. She led tobacco use prevention and cessation programs and directed grant work on clean indoor air.
From 1996 to 2002, Heather led student health promotion at the University of Vermont and coordinated sexual violence prevention and survivor services. Heather also taught undergraduate courses in Health Education and Service Learning. Heather has worked in Vermont health clubs and has the following certifications:
